The third edition of Saveurs “Robert Speth at the Lauenensee” will this year be all about the quality
of the basic products.


We compare selected regional and international specialities from basic sausages to meet from mountain pigs, several cattle breeds, lamb, poultry and fish.
Your will have the opportunity to taste and assess the various products.
The event will conclude with an assortment of selected cheeses as well as a summery Saanenland dessert buffet.

Our sommelier Marco will select the corresponding wines for this exceptional day.

Begin 11am:         Aperitif and presentation of the products by the specialists
