In the heart of Gstaad there used to be a cheesery, i.e. a cheese dairy. In 1962, Prince Sadruddin Aga Khan built in its place the "Hostellerie Chesery". Robert and Susanne Speth have been the hosts of the well cared-for chalet since 1984.

In the chalet-style, cosy and elegant restaurant with a small bar, the hosts will be only too pleased to serve you an aperitif.  Afterwards, you are sure to really enjoy Robert Speth's cuisine in the restaurant or small dishes at the bar.
